Essca Atelier is operated by Tiky Investments Limited, trading as “Essca Atelier”, based in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Tiky Investments Limited. For anything related to your personal information, write to hello@esscaatelier.com.

We only collect what we need to make, sell, and deliver your pieces:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Shipping address — where you would like your order delivered, when you choose delivery over atelier pickup.
• Body measurements — taken at the atelier or submitted remotely, for custom, bespoke, and made-to-order adjusted pieces.
• Order and booking history — the pieces you have purchased or commissioned, your appointments, and any references, fabrics, or notes you share with us along the way.
• Payment confirmations — records of what was paid and how. We never see or store your full card number; card details are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Your information is used to:

• Process your orders and payments, and cut pieces to your measurements.
• Schedule fittings and appointments, and remind you before them.
• Keep you updated on your order — confirmations, production progress, and delivery — by email and WhatsApp.
• Answer your messages and custom requests.
• Understand which pieces and collections resonate, so the atelier improves.

We only send the newsletter if you have asked for it, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We never sell your information. A small number of trusted services help us run the atelier, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication, and file hosting.
• Resend — transactional emails such as order confirmations and updates.
• Stripe — card payment processing.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business) — order and appointment messages, when you contact us or opt in on WhatsApp.
• Vercel — website hosting and aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics.

We may also disclose information where the law of Trinidad & Tobago requires it. Your measurements never leave the atelier's systems.

Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations in Trinidad & Tobago require. We keep your measurements on file so your next commission starts faster — if you would rather we remove them, one email is enough. Information we no longer need is deleted.

You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@esscaatelier.com from the email address linked to your orders, and we will take care of it — we reply ourselves, usually within 24 hours. Some records, such as completed order and tax records, must be retained for the period the law requires.

We keep cookies to a minimum. The site uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in to your account — that is what makes your cart and order history work. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
